1. Data Controller
The data controller for personal data is:
Thomas Azzalin (developer — website under development)
Email: Thomas.azzalin06@gmail.com
2. Data collected and purposes
This website is purely informational. There is no contact form, registration system or statistical analysis tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar).
The only processing that takes place is as follows:
Server logs (technical data)
Like all websites, the server automatically records navigation data: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited and access times. Such data is stored exclusively for IT security and technical diagnosis purposes, for a maximum of 30 days. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6, para. 1, let. f GDPR).
Google Fonts (typefaces)
The website loads typefaces from the Google Fonts service (Google LLC, USA). When the page loads, the user's browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may involve the transfer of the IP address to the United States. Google states that it does not associate such data with user profiles. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6, para. 1, let. f GDPR). For more information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Maps (map on the Contact page)
The Contact page embeds an interactive map via Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). This service is activated only upon explicit user consent. If activated, Google Maps may set cookies and transfer data to its servers. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (art. 6, para. 1, let. a GDPR), freely revocable at any time by deleting browser cookies. For more information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, the data provided (name, contact details, message content) will be used exclusively to respond to your request. It is not shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6, para. 1, let. b GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the controller.
3. Transfers to third countries
Data relating to the use of Google Fonts and Google Maps may be transferred to the United States of America. Google LLC adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, a mechanism recognised by the European Commission as adequate under art. 45 GDPR.
4. Rights of the data subject
Under arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- obtain its rectification or erasure;
- object to processing or request its restriction;
- withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
To exercise these rights, write to: Thomas.azzalin06@gmail.com
5. Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. The updated version will always be available at this address. We recommend consulting it periodically.
